Financial Process Project Intern

Main Responsibilities

The Change and Knowledge Trainee will assist the Change & Knowledge team in realising its ambitious goals.

• Support Change & Knowledge communications efforts (e.g. template update, content creation, analyzing communication needs)
• Support User Sharepoint Initiatives (Update the SAP User Sharepoint, create video content, propose solution for an attractive user sharepoint).
• Support training efforts (e.g., supporting preparation of training materials, supporting training delivery)
• Support the team with additional ad hoc administrative tasks (meeting preparation, mailing list, user list management, mentimeter and HourOne template or folder management).
• Participate to the overall strategy of the team (brainstorming sessions, assist to management meetings)

Requirements

Experience

• • Either good understanding of core IT disciplines, software development lifecycle in an Agile environment or Good understanding of techniques of Change Management or Accounting users.
  • Knowledge/experience with working in a project is desirable.
  • Savvy with Business Intelligence tools & applications
