What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst that can help us make data-informed decisions, and can make data accessible throughout the business

• You will report to the Product Lead and you’ll also work with our marketing and finance teams to provide data that drives business decisions on a daily basis
• Building on our existing pipeline, data warehouse, and frequently used dashboards
• Identifying gaps in our data that, when filled, will unlock new capabilities
• Making information accessible via clear and insightful visualisations
• Supporting teams with impactful analytics projects, e.g. product pricing, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, customer support trends
• Partnering with other stakeholders on ad-hoc analysis and insights

Requirements

Who you are

• You’re curious and a self-starter. You’ll happily delve into data to find interesting patterns or insights, and focus your time on areas that will have the highest business impact
• You love seeing your analysis drive positive behavioural change. When you spot an interesting pattern in your data you’re proactive in sharing it and figuring out what it means
• As a member of a small team, you understand the need to take a strategic approach to data, with a focus on building complete self-service solutions
• You make the complex, simple. You’re thorough and detail oriented, but also pragmatic and able to identify when tradeoffs need to be made
• You have experience working on a subscription-based product and have built or worked on churn prediction models
• You have experience using a modern data stack , CRM and product analytics tools (we use Amplitude, Iterable, S3, Snowflake, Metabase, Hightouch, Fivetran)
• You have data engineering experience or can articulate data requirements for engineers

Salary Banding up to £70,000 per annum.

This role will be required in our Richmond, London office on Mondays and Thursdays
