Content Flow and Timeline Assurance

Description -

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Rule based Product Lifecycle (PLC) setup for needed new product introduction (NPI)
  • Review PLC dates every day to ensure no product leaks exist
  • Create a long-term plan for how PLC should be setup and a roadmap that teams can review for when NPIs will get launched
  • Ensure timelines are kept up to date for projects where Content Services needs to deliver
  • Track timely for NPI timeline dates to reflect accurate data for further analysis
  • Provide any data point to explain timeliness statistic
  • Continuously provide support to HP Content Management System Input Forms, clean-up and Container Metadata Sort Ordering project with HP Standard's Team
  • Monitor and analyze tickets on a weekly basis, work with operation teams to define preventive actions
  • Run spot Quality Check processes of content to ensure that the new products introduced comply with the completeness level requirements of HP
  • Review accuracy, completeness and timeliness levels achieved by our teams
  • Address large scale issues caused by spot solutions and be a single point of contact for ticket data evaluation and reports
  • Look at the bigger picture that tickets influence, and review data found in analytics to solve repetitive issues
  • Document processes and work on improving them
  • Conduct data-driven analysis based on syndicated, primary and secondary market research and customer data.
  • Identify data requirements to be able to conduct future analytic studies in a timely and efficient manner given the needs that have arisen from previous studies.
  • Provide analyses and interpretations of data and market insights to identify key drivers for Marketing ROI optimization.
  • Participate in testing to ensure new marketing processes and applications are delivering the benefits as promised in the business case.
  • Document and communicate marketing requirements for systems to IT.
  • Coordinate operational readiness and product launch activities.
  • Reconcile market program spend to the planned budget.
  • Drive adoption of common marketing processes and languages.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years marketing and/or operational experience.
  • Experience in MRM or CRM applications a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes.
  • Familiarity with offering category and HP offerings/ strategy.
  • Strong written/oral and communications and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
