Snowflake Expert

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a Snowflake Expert for a 6-month contract. As a Snowflake Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Snowflake data warehouse solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the data engineering team to ensure the optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of Snowflake deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Snowflake data warehouse solutions based on client requirements.
• Create and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and tables.
• Develop and deploy ETL pipelines using Snowflake's built-in features and integration tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Snowflake performance and scalability issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Snowflake and data warehousing.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Snowflake data warehouse, including data modeling, schema design, and SQL development.
• Strong experience with ETL development and deployment in Snowflake.
• Proven track record of successful Snowflake implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake's integration tools and features.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data warehousing platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications in Snowflake or related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
