Job Description:

For our BU Grid Integration we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving the execution of marketing activities, including arranging platform reviews and portfolio activities.

Hitachi Energy’s Grid Integration business unit offers a wide range of pioneering and sustainable technologies, services and solutions for our customers and partners to plan, build, operate and maintain their critical grid systems. The offering spans from consulting services that helps in the first phases of planning projects and complete grid systems to high-voltage direct current (HVDC), power quality and grid solutions, e-mobility and transportation solutions, semiconductors and advanced service solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• You will work in complete alignment with BU Product Marketing vision and strategy and develop marketing assets such as presentations, infographic, videos, posts, etc.
• You will support the preparation of key events/exhibitions in close collaboration with the product management and our Global Corporate Marketing function.
• You will develop digital landscapes to display our value proposition by segment.
• You will support the Product Marketing and Portfolio function to arrange strategic reviews within the BU.
• You will summarize market studies about the latest trends and technologies into executive reports to be shared with the rest of the organization.

Your background:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Business administration, Engineering, or other relevant/ related discipline.
• Work experience of minimum 2-3 years in marketing or marketing communications field in B2B industry/environment.
• Experience and background working with/for agencies is highly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher).
• Fluency in English, with strong writing skills is a must.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team of a complex matrixed organization
