Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic campaign calendar for all accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Ideate, design, and execute comprehensive campaigns, including bonuses and ROI analysis
- Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement
- Own all feature usage of all Playtech Casino Marketing tools
- Work with the commercial team and their licensees to ensure Playtech is prominent in their promotional calendars
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a CRM team consisting of a Lead CRM Manager and two CRM Managers
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the CRM team
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' skills, expertise, and workload capacity
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Business Intelligence and the commercial team to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables
- Conduct briefings and ensure the accurate translation of strategic goals into compelling promotional materials
- Work with Playtech Content Units to identify key content to be promoted during high seasonal activity events
- Work with the Casino Product Team to identify gaps in the current product offering and offer improvements to existing products from both front end and back end perspectives
- Work with internal Marketing teams to create micro-sites and other marketing materials for all key marketing campaigns
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor overall campaign performance and key database metrics, proposing improvements as needed
- Analyze market and competitor activities, reporting findings to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify key licensee drop-offs and identify ways to re-activate their usage of Playtech features
Client Engagement:
- Ensure campaign quality and proofreading to maintain high standards
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance client engagement and customer retention strategies
- Involve in Quarterly Client discussions to review and discuss past campaign performance and upcoming campaigns
Requirements

- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in casino marketing, preferably within the online or crypto casino industry
- Possess proven experience in campaign management and CRM tools
- Demonstrate strong analytical and data skills with the ability to manage budgets
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Have team leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Are able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
