Project Manager

Your influential mission. You will...

• Take overall responsibility for planning and managing large, strategic-sized projects while coordinating project staff in conjunction with internal and external resources
• Take complete accountability, from initiating to closing phases, for all planning and rescheduling, commitments, and on-time delivery of Playtech products
• Manage ongoing activities
• Define priorities within the projects
• Ensure project timelines are managed effectively and that projects are effectively organized
• Correlate planned work with actual progress on a daily basis, manage 3rd Parties
• Collect, understand and transmit business requirements
• Ensure all technical issues & decisions are addressed in cooperation with Team Leaders to achieve resolution
• Manage communication of all change requests through status reports/dashboards/project plans
• Guide project teams to identify Risks/Issues that may delay projects and suggest processes to avoid such delays
• Escalate Issues/Risks when senior management intervention is required
• Present regularly to update the status of the project i.e. milestones, Risks, Issues, Costs, schedule, QA
• Educate and mentor staff for the benefits of project management

Requirements

Components for success. You...

• Have 3+ years of project management experience within a Software & IT environment
• Possess strong knowledge and experience with both iterative/agile (e.g., SCRUM) and more traditional (e.g., Waterfall) methodologies
• Are proficient in using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or their analogs
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong team player mentality
• Have effective negotiation skills
• Have an upper intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking abilities
• Take a proactive approach to your work
