IAM Engineer II - Privileged Access

As an IAM Engineer II for our Identity and Access Engineering team, you will report to the lead IAM Engineer for Privileged Access Management. In this role you will be a member of a technical engineering team which partners with our product and experience design teams to build secure privileged access experiences that protect critical information and resources. Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the efforts of the PAM product management team on defining and executing the product roadmap for identity and access products aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.
• Participate in the technical efforts on projects that will architect, design, develop, and implement PAM solutions using BeyondTrust PAM products and potentially other products as required to meet security requirements.
• Support day to day operations for PAM platforms.
• Help eliminate technical debt within the existing identity and access platform as part of a continuous modernization and optimization approach.
• Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to operations teams.
• Participate in efforts to drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, value, and applied innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, designing and implementing enterprise-level on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
• Technical experience with BeyondTrust (preferred) or other privileged access management technologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, access controls, and secure coding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and translate them into practical IAM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
