What we at CoE Global Process Management do:

• Design and implement global processes;
• Improve end-to-end processes;
• introduce and run process management infrastructure across ING;
• Ensure and monitor end-to-end process performance;
• Support global transformation programs in design and execution.
• Support the implementation of ING policies and requirements in end-to-end processes;
• Guide and support the design of controls in end-to-end process design and execution; Achieve effectiveness and efficiency of Operational Resilience in ING

Role & Responsibilities

You will lead the development and execution of process improvement Frameworks and tooling capabilities from concept to sustainability, including:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap planning, on-boarding and after-care of process tooling capabilities in countries and functions: process / control / customer experience design, change release and publication; control testing; process analytics, dashboarding;
• Roll-out process mining capability in global organization, supported by a Product Owner and expert team;
• Lead the process tooling configuration change lifecycle across design capabilities;
• Oversight and decision making on process tooling design framework and configuration architecture along with functional interfaces to other global applications;
• Support in elaborating process tooling requirements, impact assessments of RFC’s and decision-making process to implement changes.
• Align tooling features based on process management framework and execution guidelines, thus providing unified tooling coverage while running process management and improvements;
• Develop and lead the execution of performance measures to ensure long-term impact of process tooling within ING;
• Lead the development & maintenance of standards and guidelines related to Design Framework, Modelling, Content Quality Assurance, Content release (global / local), Reporting, Structure Analysis, Business Control workflow, Simulation, Process Mining, Dashboarding, Asset promotion across environments;
• Provide senior on-the-ground expertise, support, governance and monitoring of the launch and roll-out of tooling capabilities;
• Lead the awareness and deep-dive sessions for process leaders, 1st LoD managers and process expert teams in using process tooling capabilities;
• Ensure the required skills and resources for tooling usage in all countries / functions (together with local process management leaders); support the recruitment, training and development of local tooling integration experts;
• Coordinate the development and delivery of all process tooling trainings at ING countries, functions & unit levels;
• You lead the activities of a team of 6-8 professionals, consisting of Product Owner, Business Architect and Consultants and you are functionally responsible for 15-20 professionals in ING Hubs;

How to Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in managing and executing complex process & control tooling implementation programs;
• Strong experience in process, control and / or customer experience design frameworks, modelling, governance, process analytics and dashboarding;
• Experience in developing / working with process frameworks and standards and platform configuration standards;
• Experience in working in a global organization with different cultures and maturity levels;
• Strong team coordination and operational management experience;
• Leadership experience in building and leading high-performing teams;
• Strong stakeholder management at a senior level
