The Role: Senior Associate, Client Services
The Location: This position is available in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Work Shift: This is a night shift position. However, based on changing business requirements, you may be required to work in the morning & evening shift.
The Team: The Client Services Team is responsible for helping to maximize the value that clients get from Panjiva by providing high quality, low latency support. The team responds to incoming client questions and requests by phone, chat, and email. Their work provides 24/5 customer support resulting in increased customer satisfaction and decreased customer churn. They regularly collaborate with our New Business, Relationship Management, and other Support teams to identify opportunities, prevent churn, and share client feedback to help Panjiva improve over time. Ultimately, the team is responsible for helping to strengthen and expand our current customer relationships; increase the value our clients receive from Panjiva access; and foster goodwill and positive advocacy throughout the Panjiva client base.
Responsibilities:
As a senior member of our team, you are expected to make an impact right from the beginning.
Learn the ins and outs of the Panjiva Platform, data and research.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, distributors and internal SPGMI staff via phone, email, and web chats.
Assist with training and mentoring new hires as a senior associate by demonstrating expertise in best practices and product knowledge.
Help to improve our Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and external clients.
Display the attitude, values and practices that support the process of continuous.
Learning and development for you and your team members.
Professional development includes team building, time management and skills required to progress your and the Consultants career
