Manager, Responsible Sourcing Operations

Principal Accountabilities:
* Responsible for managing staff and for developing and implementing corporate sustainability programs and projects* Communicate the organization’s sustainability programs and projects

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria * Generally eight years of progressive experience with two years of supervisory experience* Strong organization and communication skills* Proficient PC skills
