What You’ll Get to Do:
We are seeking a talented Senior Cybersecurity Systems Adminstrator development engineer with 5+ years of experience working with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions with an expertise in U.S. Navy Cybersecurity products and rollout related to ICAM to join our team. This role will be essential to a team providing ICAM development support and documentation and will serve as the technical expert responsible for application integration, support, design, test, and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. The selected candidate must be well versed in architectural best practices and applying them across a breadth of technologies to solve an organizational problem. You should be capable of articulating your views on the future development of technology to varying audiences, and you should understand the interaction between user identity and data. Job Description:

  • Implement new NIS ICAM rollout for our customers.
  • Demonstrate experience leading, designing, and supporting ICAM architecture and systems engineering.
  • Manage access identity management platform integrations.
  • Serve as a key member of the Managed Services implementation team and software development team.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to expand our managed services and customer implementations.
  • Participate in business process evaluation/improvement activities and requirements gathering.
  • Create technical specifications as required to ensure that our existing applications are NIS ICAM compatible and optimized.
  • Learn ACES team functional concepts, business processes, and practical use of all ACES applications.
  • Participate in system implementations.
  • Maintain access platform, performing upgrades and required patches.
  • This is a “hands-on” position that requires someone who is capable of multi-tasking and working outside of their technical comfort zone. It requires an individual with a service-oriented mentality that can focus and take ownership of assignments/issues and manage/resolve those issues.
  • Work well in a remote team-oriented environment and be able to self-manage their tasks to ensure success.
  • Excellent ability to communicate up and down within the organization; prepare detailed descriptions of issues, status updates, recommendations, and reports. Applicants must be organized with an eye for detail.
  • Execute projects based on these activities.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience in design, development, and deployment of identity applications with U.S. government customers.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019 software architecture
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification with any additional expertise in Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk products, etc.
  • Ability to apply ICAM security principles and solutions to Personal Identity Verification (PIV)-enabled enterprise architecture components.
  • Practical and proven experience in secure identity, access, and authentication best practices in a federal environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience in U.S. Navy datacenter systems, server production and/or development system administration, network security and Cybersecurity applications.
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable NACI or NACLC background investigation for SECRET clearance.
  • System Administrator experience in Windows systems (multiple versions).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in securely applying identity, access, and authentication best practices in a federal environment.
  • Knowledge of Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active Directory (AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity federation and governance.
  • Experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with the Identity Pillar of the Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Experience in ICAM architecture and systems engineering.
  • Experience with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and Splunk.
  • Knowledge of Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity federation and governance.
  • Experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Personal Identity Verification (PIV)-enabled enterprise architecture components. -

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
