Senior Agile Delivery Consultant / Business Analyst

As a Senior Agile Delivery Consultant at Appsbroker CTS, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the business by leading projects and technical teams focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

You’d utilise your expertise in agile working practices to ensure that we deliver positive outcomes and impactful change for our customer organisations.

You will ideally have a variety of roles in a variety of domains in your background, such as Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach. This will be a dynamic and varied role so diverse experience across more than one of these roles would be useful.

Familiarity with Cloud technology would be hugely beneficial along with experience in working on Data, AI and Security projects in a consultancy environment. This is a customer facing role so presentation skills are important and there may be a requirement for occasional travel to customer sites.

Requirements

Business Analysis and Product Ownership:

• Comprehensive analysis of business operations, information systems, and technical infrastructures
• Effective requirement elicitation, management and traceability
• Estimate, plan and implement the analysis activity for projects and engagements; including leading the engagement with stakeholders to understand their requirements and sometimes challenge their value
• Document and manage traceability of business, functional and nonfunctional requirements; manage the backlog as ‘Product Owner’ on behalf of the client, validate the delivered features and support test activity
• Work closely with technical professionals to help define solutions that deliver value, understand business benefits and dependencies
• Work with the Presales function to assist with project scoping activity and sales meetings to help customers understand the value of Agile Delivery

Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework

• Tailor the Agile approach according to the project context; facilitate Agile events and assist others to understand the Agile approach and selected framework
• Coach others (inside & outside of the Agile Delivery function) on topics such as elicitation methods, estimation, iterative development etc
• Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate delivered features and explain how they meet client needs
• Effectively monitor and report Agile metrics against each allocated project
• Effectively monitor the delivery team compliance with Agile Delivery function standards
• Actively promote agile methodologies and frameworks as an organisational strength to customers

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to manage external stakeholders effectively
• Proven leadership skills, with experience of leading both projects and teams
• Expert workshop facilitation
• Relevant BA and/or PO certification
• Relevant Agile certification

Location:

This role can be either fully remote or hybrid based depending on your preference. We have an office in Iași, which you can choose to work from as often as you like. There is no mandatory office working, but you might be expected to travel to offices or customer sites for specific meetings or events.
