Perform analysis, enhancing ERP solutions in line with strategy and technology advancements. Address organizational requirements through proactive engagement with departments. Conduct thorough analysis of requirements, solutions, and vendor capabilities.
•Identify user needs and provide an organized solution, maximizing system utilization. Facilitate user training and support to optimize system functionality.
•Makes recommendations to improve business workflow efficiency and information access provide education on the benefits and limitations of technology solutions.
•Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Contribute to the development of HR ERP support practices, methodologies, and procedures and enhance business processes through strategic technology enablement programs.
•Establish and maintain effective relationships with executive management, departmental line management, project teams, and vendors. Ensure alignment of objectives and clear communication channels.
•Stay abreast of ERP system updates and recommend best practices for leveraging Oracle ERP. Create and maintain ERP capacity plans, managing system licenses and expansion for business continuity.
•Manage user creation, authorization control, and system support. Document user requirements, develop specifications for customization, and conduct integration testing.
•Partners with Technology and system integration to execute systems initiatives and provide solutions to business users.
•Support existing Oracle Cloud ERP services and capabilities, providing efficient and cost-effective solutions for business requirements.
•Ensure to support periodic release of Oracle Cloud ERP updates by Oracle, reviewing, testing, and validating in advance of production release.
•Engage with internal and external stakeholders to design new integrations and make changes to existing integrations,
•Analyse and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by related departments and end users. Manage the whole ERP solution life cycle, including analyse, design, and testing solution documentation and lead throughout the implementations and support phase.
•Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

Must have:
• Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Information Systems /IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP domain, preferably in telecommunication sector.
• 3 to 5 years of experience of HR business analyst with deep technical understanding of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and complex solution design.
• Five plus years work experience with integration, application upgrades, On-Premises ERP/HCM applications is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cloud technologies and cloud implementation
• Vendor management experience
