About the Role

As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will team up with studio leads and regional/global publishing teams to deliver brand plans for several titles across Level Infinite global markets and platforms (PC, Consoles, Mobile).

Job Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with our Studio and Coms Leads, articulate the brand messaging strategy across the audiences and platforms. Identify the audience growth opportunities and partner with the Marketing and Community managers to translate the Brand strategy into meaningful activations.
  • Research: act as the key point of contact to identify the needs and coordinate the brand and user research plans. Understand trends, competitors, and audience demands in the gaming market to articulate relevant brand plans.
  • Build and maintain the brand global tool kit in close collaboration with the studio and agencies partners (assets, brand guideline, holistic plans). Engage internal and external partners for coordinating on time and on quality advertising material delivery for different regions, channels and stages based on market deployment plans.
  • Build strategies and partner with the cross-functional teams at the global and regional level to grow the brand awareness and sentiment
  • Develop the brand footprint on the online point of sales through relevant merch and co-marketing plans. Coordinate the execution with our internal merch and digital partners teams.
  • Events: Plan and organize global marketing events, including trade shows, media activities, social media promotions, etc., to increase game awareness and sales.
  • Campaign planning: support the Marketing campaign planning to input the brand strategy and calendar
  • Content planning: support the Community strategic planning to input on the brand voice and content
  • Act as the global point of contact with our key partners across regions
  • Report on the titles brand health and competition performance

Requirements / Exigences:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Brand / Mkt management for console or PC games, covering the entire lifecycle of game deployment.
  • Experience in global game channel deployment and brand positioning.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience and ability in data analysis.
  • Creative content ability, with experience in game creativity and execution.
  • Fluent in English, able to work using English as the primary language.
  • Requires international travels

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $99,600 to $182,260 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also able eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits eligibility requirement will be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
