IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Manager to cooperate with IT central relevant teams to oversees and manages the Bosch Vietnam’s IT infrastructure related projects and services, focusing on strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance. This role includes project management responsibilities, requiring expertise in IT infrastructure projects and a strong background in PMP methodologies.

Responsibilities: To work closely with relevant IT central teams to maintain high quality of:

1. Infrastructure Project Management and Implementation:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion using PMP methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.

2. Network and System Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust network architecture to ensure high performance and security.
• Oversee system administration, including servers, operating systems, storages and virtualization platforms.

3. Security and Compliance:

• Develop and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Implement controls and audits to safeguard data and infrastructure.

4. Hardware and Software Management:

• Evaluate, procure, and manage hardware and software resources for optimal IT operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies.

5. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; PMP knowledge and certification is highly desirable.
• 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management and project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security protocols, and IT best practices.
• Good understanding of overall business model and impact on respective processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage key stakeholders, facilitate workshops and discussions.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Strong commitment to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of IT solution/product/service portfolio focusing on problem solving.
