  • Handle inquiries and requests from the clients and address their needs.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and management.
  • Responsible for the accrual collection, renewal, and upselling.
  • Communicate with the clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Build excellent relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Responsible for onboarding new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
