- Handle inquiries and requests from the clients and address their needs.
- Generate progress reports for clients and management.
- Responsible for the accrual collection, renewal, and upselling.
- Communicate with the clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Build excellent relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and developing existing client relationships.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as an Account Manager.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
