The role:

The Opportunity

Armis is growing, fast, and with it the Legal team is expanding as well.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing companies and industries, at a time when cybercrime, AI, data custodianship, and the information technology space at large, are reshaping humanity.

In this role, you will support our corporate, business and commercial activities, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

Key responsibilities include corporate and financing transactions, governance, regulatory and policy compliance, transactional employment, and other general corporate matters. Bonus points for candidates who have experience in and/or interest in B2B SaaS commercial transactions, intellectual property, data privacy/security, and legal operations.

What you will do…

  • Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, finance matters, entity management, entity formation & intercompany relations, working closely and collaboratively with all parts of the organization such as finance and internal audit, sales operations.
  • Provide legal guidance and support to various departments including HR, sales, marketing product, operations, to promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations including employment, anti-bribery and ethics, government relations, employment, immigration.
  • Develop and maintain, and advise on, policies, procedures and controls to ensure governance and compliance in respect to the company’s business and corporate affairs.
  • Help manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio (primarily trademarks and patents).
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, consulting relations, etc.
  • Provide advice and counsel on employment related matters such as employee relations, employee benefits, employment agreements across multiple geos, workplace policies.

Bonus points:

  • Legal experience with high growth, B2B SaaS companies, preferably on the path to becoming public.
  • Some corporate development experience, including diligence, execution and integration.
  • Familiarity with public company reporting compliance, accounting, tax and finance processes, terminology, systems and issues.

What we expect…

  • 5+ years’ experience working on legal corporate and commercial matters, ideally at least 2+ years in a multi-national technology company setting.
  • Global compliance legal experience preferred.
  • Proficient commercial law practitioner and negotiator, able to focus on key areas of risk and drive balanced outcomes based on company’s risk appetite.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Pleasant demeanor and collaborative approach in establishing and implementing various corporate, compliance and similar programs.
  • Ability to provide timely and effective legal and business advice at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of matters at any given time, work well under pressure, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Business-oriented problem solver and a flexible team player, with ability to partner across departments in order to provide legal support that will enable teams to do business effectively.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or JD equivalent from an accredited law school.
  • Membership with good standing in at least one U.S. State Bar.

Salary range guidance for this position i s: $180,000-$220,000
