Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Team Lead (Data Migration), you will wear two hats – Individual Contributor (IC) and Team Leader. You will leverage your technical expertise in data migration, project management, and communication to plan, execute, and test complex migrations from BoardDocs to the Community platform. You will also take the lead, guiding and mentoring a team of Migration Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Plan, execute, and test data migrations, ensuring data security, compliance, and minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze and map data, identifying potential issues and ensuring a smooth transfer from source to target system.
- Develop your team's skills by providing ongoing coaching and support, helping them become migration experts.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and staying up to date on industry trends and technologies.
Required Experience/Skills
- Proven track record of success managing data migration projects
- Strong technical proficiency in data management, migration methodologies, and potentially database querying (SQL preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective project management and leadership experience
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
