Project Manager

  • Responsible for MAE/Line planning project management at Bosch International Production Network
  • Manage overall project timeschedule, Budget and work packages with reference to customer timeline
  • Organize and coordinate project meetings with cross functional teams (Lead plant, production plant and suppliers)
  • Realization of industrialization activities (MAE/Tools ordering, delivery, installation, commissioning and release)
  • Single point of contact between the manufacturing plant and cross functional project team
  • Responsible to ensure manufacturing line readiness and release for series production(SOP)
  • Prioritize risks related to project time scheudle, Cost and Quality and prepare mitigation plan
  • Organize PGL workshop to finalize the feasible production line concept / investment requirements
  • Ensure project handover to production plant team with appropriate documentation
  • Organizational standards-(5S, HSE, Quality systems, ESD, Standardization-Documentation) implementation
  • Training and Development of new joinees and International Production Network(IPN) members and providing technical guidance to peer colleagues as needed.
  • Supplier Visits and technical coordination with suppliers
  • Standardization and documentation of Project management process/Tools

Requirements

BE/B-Tech , Mechanical Engineering /Electronics Engineering/IE

Min.5 to 8 years relevant job experience in electronics and or automotive business. Exposure to international teams/customers.
