IT Engineer

What You’ll Do:

The IT Engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of Archer’s Windows infrastructure. You will be responsible for:

• Regular system patching and maintenance
• SaaS application administration
• Windows License Management

What You Need:

• 10 + years experience
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Windows Infrastructure Management
• 5+ years experience
  • Cloud Infrastructure Experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to resolve technical issues
• SaaS application administration experience such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and use in daily tasks and projects
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Bonus Qualifications:

• SQL Server or similar RDBMS experience
• IAC / Packer or Terraform experience
• Scripting (PowerShell, bash)
• Programming experience with Python

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
