Creative Director

As Marigold’s Creative Director you will lead the creative team to develop innovative, engaging experiences that express Marigold’s brand values while aligning with business objectives. Your superpower is translating business and marketing goals into creative campaigns, promoting problem-solving through creative solutions, and ensuring high performance and growth of creative personnel. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage relationships with vendors and freelancers, and ensure that creative projects are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality within the brand guidelines.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Oversee the creation of a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to digital campaigns, animation and motion graphics, website design, branding materials, presentations, videos, event assets, and media assets
• Guide the creation, use, and management of design systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic campaigns into captivating content and collateral, holding the team accountable for timely execution
• Evolve our website and lead creative development, execution, and design optimization of content & landing pages (e.g. homepage, navigation, blog, resources, conversion pages, solution pages, campaign pages, etc.)
• Own creative development and execution of all content hubs and sales enablement materials to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the content and creative services team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive individual and team success.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience managing creative teams and freelancers
• A portfolio of creative samples that demonstrate art direction excellence
• Agency and B2B tech experience preferred
• Experience working with Figma, Asana, and animation tools
