12-month fixed-term contract

As Brand Manager in the Specialty team, you will be working closely with team members in sales, medical and market access, and especially with the Business Unit Head (BUH) to execute on strategic priorities and drive commercial results.

In this role you willโ€ฆ

  • Integrate the global strategic brand plan into operational and tactical elements that are tailored to the local market dynamics, and lead the development and management of strategic and operational plans.
  • Build compelling marketing materials and execute engaging promotional campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals and relative audience, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, company policies, and local guidelines.
  • Provide support in training Key Account Managers on brand-related topics, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled sales force.
  • Leverage market insights and customer interactions to identify new marketing opportunities and elevate the quality of the brand plan through cross-functional collaboration and relevant market research projects.
  • Offer valuable input to financial planning and demand forecasting, and actively contribute to the successful execution of the financial plan (A&P) to deliver on growth and profit expectations.
  • Contribute strategic input and collaborate closely with the Business Unit Head to facilitate the successful launch of new assets and indications, ensuring seamless integration into the portfolio and alignment with overall business objectives

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree in relevant field (science, medical or commercial)
  • Minimum 2 years brand management or marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strategic Planning: Proven expertise in localizing global brand plans and developing tailored operational strategies.
  • Market Insights: Strong capability in leveraging market insights and digital strategies for business growth.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide operational input to cross-functional plans and drive collaborative efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Data Analytics and Strategic Collaboration: Proficient in utilizing data analytics and collaborating closely with leadership for successful new asset launches and portfolio integration.
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated success in implementing impactful omnichannel strategies and campaigns
  • Proven capability to drive priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders and manage projects from inception to completion
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional and diverse work environments
  • Sound understanding of the LMI rules governing pharmaceutical promotion
  • Knowledge and experience in the biologics field in Norway is advantageous, though not mandatory
