We are looking for a Layout Designer in our DRAM and Emerging memory Group at Micron Technology,. This team member will be responsible for creating physical layout of transistors, resistors, and capacitors for digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. This includes building layout that meets the process rules and verifying that it matches the schematic. In addition, layout designers work on floor planning, routing, and power bus design.
