Spanish Audio QA Proof Listener

We are seeking a talented and meticulous individual for a freelance position as a Spanish Audio QA Proof Listener. In this role, you will be responsible for proof listening audio files, transcribing text changes, and reporting and regressing bugs to ensure the highest quality in our localized projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proof listen Spanish audio files to identify and correct any errors in pronunciation, grammar, and syntax.
• Transcribe text changes accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
• Report bugs and issues encountered during the quality assurance pass, providing concise feedback to the audio engineering team.

Requirements:

• Native speaker of Spanish with a deep understanding of the language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary skills and attention to detail.
• High fluency in spoken and written English to be able to understand client instructions and communicate effectively with the international team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

Additional details:

• Degree in translation, linguistics, philology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge or background in audio production is desirable but not required.
