Senior Project Management Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our UniQue team in Valletta, Malta.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines
• Create a detailed project plan outlining the schedule, resources, and milestones
• Assign tasks and resources effectively to team members based on their skills and project requirements
• Monitor and manage the project budget to ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
• Facilitate collaboration among team members and resolve any conflicts that arise
• Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion
• Handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources effectively
