Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
- Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers.
- Prepare purchase orders and expense reports.
- Assistance with month end stock take.
- Maintain inventory records – Reconciliation of Finished goods, Raw Materials and WIP, working with Stores Department.
- Petty Cash Claims and reimbursements.
- Assistance with Annual Audit.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (Syspro).
- Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office).
- 8 years’ experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
