This role embraces flexibility, allowing you to work where you're most comfortable and effective, be it at home or in our welcoming London, Shepherds Bush office. We cherish collaborative experiences and invite team members to join us in the office one day a week, typically Tuesdays, for nurturing cross-team relationships and participating in all-hands gatherings.

You'll be warmly welcomed into our Bento team, where you'll contribute to the Bento Box product - a thoughtfully designed, subscription-first eCommerce platform tailored for subscription businesses. Our approach values customer insights, data-informed decisions, and caring about outcomes. We encourage iterative work, experimentation, and continuous learning. A key opportunity is crafting a platform that gracefully supports multiple merchants without redundancy, while sensitively addressing each merchant's unique needs.

Our inclusive structure features collaborative, cross-functional squads that are empowered to shape both their goals and the pathways to achieve them. We enthusiastically embrace supportive engineering practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming, fostering a nurturing DevOps culture.

At Gousto, we dedicate time for creative tech innovation and host engaging knowledge-sharing sessions. We're passionate about connecting with the wider tech community, hosting welcoming meetups, sharing experiences at events, and offering insights through our blog.

Flourishing in this role means helping to cultivate a resilient, adaptable, and dependable technology platform with innovative, caring features, while preparing to grow our business community in 2025.
