Quality Management Specialist

We are continuously growing and we are looking for an experienced Quality Management Specialist to join our Quality Assurance Management team.

For the Quality Management Specialist position, we expect you to contribute to the development of corporate processes and work practices with a focus to Software and Systems Engineering, aiming at the provision of high-quality solution offerings to our Customers.

The role entails:

• Supporting the Corporate Quality Manager in achieving and maintaining compliance of the Company Quality Management System with the normative requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 45001
• Performing quality review of project deliverables to ensure that they have been prepared in accordance with the established project processes and meet customer expectations
• Internal quality audits and monitoring of implementation of audit findings. When required, providing the auditees with the appropriate knowledge and practical guidelines in order to properly tackle the audit findings
• Contribution to personnel training and development, wellbeing, health and safety projects in line with the relevant team members, local regulations or external providers, regarding quality related issues
• Involvement in Annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys, analyzing results and following up any issues requiring attention and improvement

Requirements

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

• University/College degree in Computer Science, Engineering Information Technology or other relative discipline
• Master’s degree in Quality Management would be desirable. In any case, understanding of Quality Management principles is essential for this role
• Minimum 2 years of quality management experience in the IT Sector or minimum 3 years in software analysis/development is considered a plus
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, communication and project management skills are needed
• Ability to coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary and/or multicultural teams
• Self-motivation, ownership of assignments and desire for excellence
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
