Major Responsibilities

Lead day to day implementation of activities in responsible Zone for the ADH Project

Support ADH’s Grant Manager in on time, on budget, high technical quality implementation of ADH project activities in Zone of assignment/location. Support in the timely and quality spending of budget in compliance with budget timelines and plans and in full coordination with HC Grant Manager Conduct field monitoring visits to the different activities in coordination with the ADH Grant Manager, technical staff and supporting departments (as necessary). Provide logistical and procurement support needed for the activities’ implementation as required and instructed by the ADH Grant Manager. Participate in the regular project update with Support office and partners, as required

Activities are properly implemented in the field

Financial and operational aspects of the proposal are matched with quality

Field visits are done and monitoring reports are produced and documented

Coordinate the financial transactions of project

Proper filing for project’s documents related to activities is done and in accordance to World Vision’s data security and management systems Meetings with stakeholders are attended and documented properly and regularly Coordinate procurement process based on the planned activities

Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation:

Assist M&E staff in the collection based on the set tools and in alignment with the M&E plan. Support in the data collection for the baseline and end line of project, including reviewing both reports.

Support the Grant manager on the following of schedule agreed upon with the support office and donor.

Manage proper project’s file storage on a special folder on Box

Communicate existence and use of community feedback mechanisms

Support in preparing communication materials in adherence with the existing communication plan and in coordination with the communication specialist and project manager.

Aid M&E staff in meticulous data collection aligned with set tools and the M&E plan. Facilitate comprehensive data collection for project baseline and end line, ensuring thorough review of both reports.

Ensure Grant manager adheres to agreed schedules with support office and donor. Maintain organized project file storage on a designated folder in Box and promote community feedback mechanisms.

Assist in crafting communication materials in line with the communication plan, collaborating closely with the communication specialist and project manager.

Grants Acquisition and Compliance

Support in the compiling of the Grant Health tracker (GHT) on quarter bases from the different involved partners Support in the creation of project profiles on Horizon

Support in the preparation for start-up workshops when needed Support in designs workshops when needed

GHT is produced with quality while involving all relevant staff as per the indicator. Proper documentation of all processes using World Vision filing systems. Streamline project profile creation on Horizon through expert support. Enhance workshop effectiveness with tailored design support as necessary.

knowledge/Qualifications for the Role

Required Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of progressive work experience in providing support in projects implementation
  • Experienced in data collection and reporting
  • Experience in project management cycle
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Required Education

  • University degree/background in Business, Project Management or related fields.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office and other applications
  • Good Command of Spoken and written English

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement

  • The position is based in Jenin or Nablus Field Office
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel up to 40% domestically to project sites.
  • Have a valid driving license
