Problem Solving Engineer

Problem Solver focus to guides and support associates who leads projects
following a logical thinking using structured methods to find and control technical
and managerial root cause. Supporting Value Stream organization at Engineering
and Technician Level increasing the competence in problem solving technics which
contribute to our PS culture change in order to improve the key indicators at Plant
Level.

Requirements

Working Experience:
• >1 years of experience in problem solving preferably in automotive industry

Key-Skills:
• Certified as Shainin apprentice, Journeyman preferred.
• Certified as Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Trained in PS methods (PS, 8D, Kepner Tregoe, etc.)
• Logical and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge in descriptive statistics and statistical inference.
• Leadership/Communication/negotiation skills, high initiative, independent style of
working, analytical approach, accountability/ reliability
