We are developing a next-generation identity web platform to enhance customer experience, and security and automate Joiners-Movers-Leavers processes across our products. We're currently seeking a Fullstack Developer to spearhead our ambitious project to consolidate and enhance our authentication systems using Okta's Auth0 technology. This role will be part of a development team which is pivotal in driving the transition towards a more secure, efficient, and user-friendly system that aligns with the latest industry standards.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Develop, test, deploy and maintain cloud-native solutions used by our Enterprise Customers, supporting multiple thousands of end users.
• Work with other technical staff to understand problems, develop specifications and resolve them
• Utilize ATDD/BDD techniques, and engage in building high-performance services/products leveraging our real-time sports data.
• Make the most out of our AWS partnership, with hands-on involvement in using AWS, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI.
• Take part in the constant challenge to create a maintainable, well-designed architecture that stands up to the future
• Advocate and learn to optimize your team’s applications for maximum speed, scale, security, and maintainability through best practices.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a full-stack software developer
• Experience in Identity Management, authentication/authorization services, or security-related projects.
• Strong programming skills in Java/JavaScript languages and clean code/architecture principles, with a test-first mindset aligned with engineering quality practices.
• Experience with at least one client-side Java/JavaScript library or framework, ideally Spring and ReactJS.
• Enjoy working in Agile development teams and collaborating with diverse groups to solve challenging problems.
• Good communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Development of web-based applications with a focus on security.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services from AWS and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
