This is a remote full-time W2 position.

The primary mission of the platform is to help consumers “shop their values” and put purpose behind their purchases. PublicSquare leverages data and insights from the platform to assess its members’ needs and provide wholly-owned quality financing products, such as Credova, D2C products, such as EveryLife diapers and wipes, and B2B products, such as PSQLink, to fill those needs.

The IT Manager Role at PublicSquare

We're looking for someone with 10-15 years of experience in IT and 5 years' leadership experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our IT team, developing and implementing strategic IT plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. Your strong troubleshooting skills and strategic thinking will be key to our success. The ideal candidate will love the fast-paced, all hands on deck, start-up environment, capable and willing to do whatever is needed in IT.

Role and Responsibilities

• Leading the IT team in day-to-day operations and long-term planning
• Developing and implementing strategic IT plans
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues
• Drive efficiency and maintain cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading IT teams
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking abilities to drive IT initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, MDMs, and identity and access management platforms.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or GCP certifications are a plus.
