Settlement Specialist

Working as part of the Managed Trading Services team and reporting to the Settlement and Reporting Analyst, the Settlement Administrator will be responsible for managing customer settlements and interfacing with customers and sales colleagues on settlement issues.

• Ensure that the provision of our MTS services is settled in accordance with customer needs and contract requirements.
• Managing and maintaining both manual and automated invoice calculations.
• Responsible for administration of relevant documents.
• Invoicing and settlement activities with customers.
• Single point of communication between the accounting team and customers.
• Providing internal and external reporting and analysis on a periodical and adhoc basis.
• working with the Settlements and Controls manager to ensure the correct application of Sox / audit compliance and controls.
• Taking responsibility for the provision of Monthly accrual data for the MTS Management and Finance Dept.
