IT Intern

The IT Intern will assist the IT team in coordinating various projects and ensuring smooth configuration and operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of IT projects.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Participate in the installation and configuration of network components and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to system configuration and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 operations and user guides.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Generate and update technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Jira applications and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technically competent with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Hardware/Software/Networking troubleshooting.
• Ability to support multiple work assignments simultaneously and establish priorities.
• Must be knowledgeable in office procedures and able to answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience; Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including Wireshark, MDOP Tools, Putty, PowerShell, & etc. is also a plus.

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
