Role Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for students who are interested in pursuing a career in Data to join the Hakkoda Internship program! Interns will assist multiple teams with various tasks such as business analytics, intelligence automation analytics, product & deliver analytics, BI analytics and data analytics. The position does require a blend of technical capability with a business-oriented approach.

The Hakkoda Internship Program will follow an in person modality in our office at Ultrapark II, Lagunilla, Heredia. A specific schedule will be provided to you during the recruitment process. Hakkoda will supply all interns with company equipment.

Based on your experience and interests, you will interview with and work on a team for approximately 16 weeks.

Start date: Aug, 19 2024

End date: Dec, 2025 (Interns will have an opportunity to interview for a full time permanent position)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hands-on approach to learning and applying your knowledge
• Chance to network with multiple teams across CR, U.S, Mexico and potentially Portugal
• Opportunity with the Hakkoda project team members on client work.
• Develop and apply consulting skills and get certified in SnowPro
• Stretch your presentation skills in front of our leaders and customer stakeholders
• Small forums with our Hakkoda Leadership Team

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently in the last period of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• English proficiency written and spoken (preferred B2 and above)
• Available to work full-time (about 32 hours/week) during August through December 2024
• Strong aptitude to learn technical skills and apply technical knowledge
• Experience SQL/Python preferred
• Detail oriented mindset
• Quick learner
• Problem solving
