Job Title: AI Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Introduction: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with expertise in AI technologies and experience in building intelligent portals. This role involves creating an AI-powered portal that will allow seamless interaction with files and data stored on SharePoint, including sophisticated control over permissions and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop an AI portal that integrates with SharePoint to enable querying and interaction with stored data using natural language processing.
- Implement and manage access controls and permission settings within the AI portal to ensure data security and compliance with internal policies.
- Develop machine learning models to enhance the understanding and categorization of large datasets within our corporate shares.
- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the AI portal adheres to all security protocols and data protection regulations.
- Continuously update and refine AI algorithms based on user feedback and evolving data management needs.
- Document all phases of the AI portal development process and ensure scalability and maintenance of the system.
- Lead project planning, milestones setting, and timeline management, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI development and familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with natural language processing and machine learning model development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint architecture and data management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating AI services. such as OpenAi and Microsoft CoPilot.
- Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience in managing large datasets and developing portals for data interaction.
