Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - Contingent Workforce & Legal Services - Newark, NJ, Chicago, IL, McLean, VA

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at Mars, you will partner to drive development & implementation of sub-category buying strategies and co-pilot optimization of resources. This role manages both regional and global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, while also driving standardization and automation. Ownership of sub-category spend on a global basis will be key, as will heavy x-functional collaboration and close partnership with key stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors Degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in change management or business change
• At least 10years of professional experience in Purchasing, preferably within related categories
• Experience in large scale, complex program implementation, deployment and management
• Passion for driving value for our business by leveraging various sourcing channels
• Expertise with Contingent Workforce and related services category
• Expertise supporting Legal Operations Teams
