Job Purpose: We're on the lookout for a forward-thinking Product Lead to spearhead our digital transformation efforts in the Australian market. In this role, you'll be instrumental in defining CI&T's local service portfolio, fostering client relationships, and cultivating a dynamic team focused on product excellence. Key Accountabilities

• Shape Our Future: Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine and tailor CI&T's products and services for the Australian market, ensuring they meet local needs while aligning with our global strategy.
• Drive Client Success: Partner with clients during pre-sales to translate their requirements into compelling, end-to-end solutions. Lead engagements to craft and execute robust digital strategies that align perfectly with client objectives.
• Deliver Results: Take a hands-on approach in select projects, showcasing CI&T's prowess in product management and digital strategy. Lead initiatives from inception through to launch, ensuring outstanding outcomes.
• Build a World-Class Team: Recruit, mentor, and empower a team of talented product managers, designers, and future digital strategists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in product development.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Utilise your Australian market connections to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and establish strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
• Facilitation & Integration: Promote seamless collaboration across product management, business, design, technology, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Innovation & Ideation: Advocate for fresh ideas and innovative solutions to complex challenges. Lead workshops with clients to explore novel approaches and uncover deep insights into user needs.
• Customer-Centricity: Champion user-centric design principles to ensure solutions deliver exceptional user experiences that surpass expectations.

• Proven Leadership: Over 7 years leading digital projects, adept at managing diverse teams.
• Product Management: Experienced in guiding digital product development through its lifecycle.
• AI Understanding: Knowledgeable about AI's transformative potential, navigating its challenges and opportunities for enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Strong UX Advocate: Passionate about intuitive design, committed to maintaining seamless user experiences.
• Technical Acumen: Proficient in agile methodologies, software development, and emerging technologies, ensuring strategic decisions positively impact product lifecycle.
• Australian Market Expertise: Well-connected with deep insights into the Australian market landscape.
• Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering measurable outcomes and optimising strategies for maximum impact. Bonus Skills: B2B experience, familiarity with data and AI, and a keen enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
