As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies within the organization. Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality product that meets customer needs, drives business growth, and maintains a competitive edge in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, sales, marketing and operations to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ideation & Development:
    • Lead the ideation and development of innovative B2B SaaS products in the Data Analytics and Market Research domains.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with market needs.
    • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams and external partners.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to phase out, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
    • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and market changes.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Leverage an understanding of the technology landscape to envision and implement innovative solutions.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Provide support to the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client presentations.
    • Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product management.
  • Proven experience in ideating and managing SaaS products.
  • Strong background in Data Analytics and familiarity with tools and technologies used in this space.
  • Experience in the Market Research industry with visibility across Research Design, Research Operations, and Sample Procurement & Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle of a product from inception to phase out.

Skills:

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pre-sales activities and supporting sales teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
