We work hand in hand with the award-winning creative teams that forge those innovative partnerships at Translation (our in-house creative advertising agency).

We are looking for a Company Operations Manager to join UnitedMasters! This role will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company by managing the planning process, organizing leadership offsites, and ensuring timely and effective communication across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.

Please note that this role is a Hybrid role based in our Brooklyn, NY office: three days in office and two days remote.

What You'll Do

• Lead the company's planning process, including the development and execution of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment of OKRs with company goals and strategies.
• Monitor and report on the progress of OKRs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate offsite meetings for company leadership, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
• Ensure offsites are productive and align with strategic goals.
• Facilitate follow-up actions and ensure they are implemented.
• Ensure successful and timely internal communications across the company.
• Prepare and distribute regular updates from the Chief of Staff and other leadership.
• Develop and maintain communication protocols and tools to enhance information flow.
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to support various strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement solutions.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cohesive operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of strategic planning processes, including OKRs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in planning and executing offsite meetings and events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Salary Hiring Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
