Content & Channel Manager will act as cross-BU consultant and capability builder to CBLs to drive the development and execution of OCE plans through various channels. This includes managing planning, creation, and distribution of content across multiple channels, such as social media, WAB, email, websites, paid ads and other digital platforms.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute OCE plans across key brands and specialties. Create and manage digital channels such as social media, WAB, HQ , Pfizer pro , etc including channel maintenance and reapproval . Manage the creation and distribution of content across the channels. Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including CoLab and 3rd party vendors. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and use data insights to optimize future initiatives. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry and use this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Experience and Knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles,
  • 5+ years on Pharmaceutical Multichannel/Digital Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor degree required, MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful development & implementation of digital marketing / brand plans /business plans
  • Understanding of the key drivers to satisfy customer needs using digital and non-digital platforms
  • Strong track record of working collaboratively across different functions
  • Strong strategic, analytical capabilities and strong team management skills
  • Experience working with agencies/vendors, and strong team management skills
