Job Summary:

A career in our RPA practice, within the Risk and Regulatory vertical of Advisory practice. This role will allow you to assist clients in developing automation solutions that optimize workflows, saving time and effort while reducing manual hours. Help business leaders reclaim valuable time to focus on meaningful tasks by leveraging the best data automation tools and technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of our practice in the US, Australia, and the UK markets, fostering professional relationships and effective stakeholder communication.

Job Description:

As a Senior, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to.

• Engaging and supporting technical and non-technical delivery teams about Automation / coding best practices and solutions.
• Key member of the Agile Development team, cognizant of the multifaceted approach to the quality, testing and support of the delivered RPA automations.
• Contribute to and strengthen the development processes, Testing, coding standards and implementations.
• Agility in upskilling new tools from intelligent automation. Understanding the and keeping abreast with technology landscape changes.
• Work with global teams, attending the calls, asking relevant questions, providing status reporting to different stakeholders.
• Build deep understanding of the business problem and apply the end user view to support the issue/ challenges.
• Lead a small team of 1-2 individuals, become SME of at least 2 technologies.

Skills:

Must Have:

• Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Experience in delivering RPA solutions with Machine Learning extensions, Cognitive/AI, ML extensions, and data warehousing, such as Computer Vision, AI Fabric, and Conversational Understanding.
• Familiarity with Restful API integration across platforms, including Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premises environments.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, including hands-on development, and scripting experience with .Net, Java, UIPath, API Restful integration, PowerShell, and preferably Python.
• Knowledge of source code management and backlog toolchains, including documentation with tools like GIT/hub and NuGet.
• Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions.
• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in delivering solutions that have been successfully implemented in Cloud infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with optimization and reuse of code/automations (Bots) and fostering a sharing/open relationship with the wider organization.
• Ability to deliver operations-ready solutions that are secure, scalable, and meet or exceed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Familiarity with source code management toolchains, frameworks, and concepts, such as VSTS, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Kanban, etc.
