Position Overview

This position will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Service Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and is comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. You will be part of a high-volume service delivery center with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for SAP-SD support incidents. This position will focus on incident management and resolution for application business support services for our global customers and client services teams, working in tandem with our onsite teams. You will be reporting to the Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understand the Autodesk business processes thoroughly and develop sustainable plans to provide business support.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement them effectively.
  • Identify system gaps and provide technical inputs to the engineering teams.
  • Analyze root causes for issues and provide feasible solutions to avoid business impact until the issue is resolved by the engineering teams.
  • Onboard new scopes and provide technical training and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure that business support levels are within corporate parameters and quality assurance processes are in place and implemented.
  • Be ready and flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) as per team and business requirements, including night shifts.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP SD - Order Management, Billing, Billing Plan, Invoicing, Pricing, Tax Procedures, Output determination, Account Determination, Credit Management, Intercompany Processing, and Customer Master Data.
  • Experience with Material Management, including Bill of Material, Material extensions, and Serial Number Profile Management.
  • Hands-on experience in application enhancements, maintenance, and post go-live support.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.
  • Experience with the Invoicing and Revenue Recognition Process.
  • Global implementation experience across Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
  • Proficiency in LSMW, BDC, IDOCs, User Exits, and BADIs.
  • Knowledge of cross-module integration of SD with MM and FI.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA and FIORI.
  • Knowledge of S/4 BRIM will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of other CRM applications like Salesforce and Siebel is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's or Master's degree is a must, with a preference for Computer Applications.
  • 3-6 years of overall experience working in the software industry and a minimum of 1-2 years of expertise in SAP support.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
  • Experience working with multiple global teams and cultures, with the diplomacy to manage multinational clients effectively.
