We are looking for a candidate to join our Linux software development team which is responsible for delivering software that drives our high volume desktop VoIP product families. Our customers include some of the biggest names in the UC and UcaaS game. This position is an opportunity to work with a team that came together as a startup in 2000 and is now one of the leaders in the industry with our products being touched by millions of users daily.

Responsibilities:

• Bring your passion for professional software development to a highly collaborative and responsive team

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver world class solutions to our partners and customers

• Work in fast paced agile team

• Software design and development for cutting-edge UC products based on Linux and Android

• Optimizing application for performance and scalability

• Work on providing a continuous stream of iterative proof of concepts leading to complete features

• Be disciplined with implementing automation test coverage for regression and functional validation

• Help drive a left shift of testing into the engineering organization

Education & Experience:

• Master's Degree with 2+ years, or a Bachelor's Degree with + years of middleware software development experience for embedded or other real time systems

• 4+ years on hands on experience with C/C++

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven effectiveness working with Agile software development ideals and best practices
• Excellent debugging skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex problems
• Experience with packet/protocol fault analysis for network protocols using network traces/packet captures
• Experience with SVN and Git configuration management
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
• Hands on experience with Google mock and GTest frameworks
