About the role:

• Develop core versions of software application.
• Identify client requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
• Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
• Research for client to find out the production issues and bugs.

What you will be doing:

• Functional Requirements and perform requirement analysis
• Estimate and Monitor Estimates
• Work with Business teams to prioritize work
• Prepare detailed design documentation
• Development/Enhancement/Bug fixes
• Handling production issues
• Responding to queries raised by various stakeholders
• Close co-ordination with boundary partners like Operations/Clients Services etc.
• Rotational On-Call Night Support

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training.
• And having relevant 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Core Java.
• Java Technologies- Core Java
• Multithreading, Collections, Jsp, servlet, Spring, Web Service, Oracle
• Logging Tool-Log 4J
• Build tool- maven Ant , Repository- SVN
• IDE-RAD (Rational Application Developer)
• Servers-IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus
• Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.

• Working in stressed environment
• Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
