Software Engineer - MS 365

This role will focus on the ongoing development, support, and uplift on our MS 365 Platform and solutions including SharePoint 365, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Platform (Flow).

As a Software Engineer you will report to the Engineering Senior Manager – Systems part of the Messaging and Collaboration Team. This team develops, designs, and maintains the usage of MS products including SharePoint 365, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Platform (Flow) to ensure solutions run effectively and to a high standard. You’ll be consulted on product and feature designs and will play a critical role to their quality implementation and delivery.

• Bring the ability to build effective, trusted relationships in a collaborative and engaging manner with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Have proven expertise across design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of MS 365 applications and services.
• Are proficient in build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Can lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects. Migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Are a proficient communicator, able to identify business requirements through discussions, and develop well-thought-out and carefully considered solutions.
• Have experience in design and implementation, and can offer support on enterprise solutions across the Microsoft 365 platform.

Tech skills

• Proven experience in developing and deploying custom applications across MS Suites.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform including Power Apps, and Power Automate/Flow.
• Experience in developing solutions in Microsoft 365 using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and/or the Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Ability to design and implement data integrations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience developing for Power Pages or Power Apps portals.
• Strong experience of working with third party API’s.
