Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms
• Enforce company guidelines, policies, and legal requirements
• Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content
• Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and concerns
• Maintain detailed documentation of content moderation activities
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize moderation processes
• Provide feedback and propose suggestions for content improvements

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to make quick decisions and handle sensitive content
• Good knowledge of current events, popular culture, and internet trends
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
