You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Address client inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and services
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay updated with product knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient support
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in customer support or pharmaceutical industry roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive client information
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
