The Professional Services team implements software solutions that are passionate about a range of groundbreaking technologies that help financial institutions. The solutions include vital components of Data Model, Client Hierarchy, Workflow, Business Rules, Data Management, and Document Management.

WORKSTYLE MODEL

We know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working. You are welcome to work from our brand-new office every day, but you have still an opportunity to stay at home if needed. In this position you can work 2 days a week from home.

WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

Technical Consultants are domain specialists for specific implementations of the product (in this case it's the WorldcheckOne API; our prime Risk Intelligence offering). They often serve as the main point of contact for our clients, guiding our customers in designing and implementing solutions to complex business objectives with the product.

Projects include implementing the software for new clients, growing the product offering for existing clients, and improving capabilities of the core platform. Technology Consultants are exposed to the full software development life cycle. Over time, Technology Consultants have the opportunity to increase their level of client exposure or to focus more on the technical development of the system.

SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS:

  • Analyzing sophisticated business objectives and requirements to craft and implement solutions using agreed best practices,
  • Detailing solutions in a logical format that is easy to understand by both technical and non-technical individuals,
  • Configuring solutions using GUI & scripting tools,
  • Providing assistance in API framework development,
  • Developing and testing client implementations,
  • Providing outstanding post-implementation support (including troubleshooting, maintenance and training).

WHAT TO BRING:

  • At least intermediate knowledge and experience with SQL,
  • The ability to understand and create/modify basic code in common programming/scripting languages (JS, Python, Java),
  • Proven knowledge of Web Application Infrastructure and XML/JSON based Web Services,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • High accountability to work independently and deliver the highest client service.

YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF:

  • You have proven experience working directly with the external customers,
  • You are able to read and create technical documentation,
  • You’ve technical implementation experience within a regulated or financial services sector,
  • You’ve knowledge of cloud solutions and cloud architecture (e.g. AWS).
